Harlea Cisneros is a licensed funeral director/embalmer and co-owner of Cisneros Funeral Home as well as a proud first-generation professional in funeral service. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, where she discovered her true calling — serving families with compassion, respect, and heartfelt care.
Harlea’s gentle nature and genuine love for others shine through in every service she helps create. She considers it an honor to guide families through some of life’s most difficult moments, offering comfort, understanding, and personalized attention.
Since beginning her journey in funeral service, Harlea and her husband, Larry, have worked side by side as a strong and devoted team, caring for families together with the same dedication and compassion they share in their own lives.

Owner & Pre-Arrangement Specialist
Larry Cisneros is the Owner and Pre-Arrangement Specialist at Cisneros Funeral Home. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and a Master of Business Administration, combining his analytical background with a deep passion for serving families.
Larry’s love for funeral service began at a young age, inspired by a desire to help others during life’s most tender times. Today, he oversees the business operations and pre-arrangement services, ensuring every family’s wishes are handled with care, respect, and professionalism.
Together with his wife, Harlea, Larry forms the heart of Cisneros Funeral Home — a dedicated team working side by side to guide families through both pre-planning and at-need services with compassion and faith.

Funeral Assistant
Allyson is a funeral service professional with five years of experience working in funeral homes in Florida. Her experience includes funeral service and administrative support, as well as serving as an apprentice in Florida. She is completing her formal funeral service education at St. Petersburg Health Education Center and is expected to graduate in August of 2026.
Having recently relocated to Northeast Tennessee, she brings compassion, expertise, and a steady presence to guide families through life’s most difficult moments. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Allyson Lane
Funeral Assistant
Allyson is a funeral service professional with five years of experience working in funeral homes in Florida. Her experience includes funeral service and administrative support, as well as serving as an apprentice in Florida. Emerald brings compassion, dedication, and attention to detail to the daily operations of Cisneros Funeral Home. Born and raised in Church Hill, Emerald proudly calls Hawkins County her home. She has eight years of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed valuable skills in providing comfort, support, and attentive care—qualities that naturally carry over into her role at the funeral home. Outside of work, Emerald enjoys crocheting, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
